Meet Alecia, Founder of Girl Boss Academy
Before she built Girl Boss Academy, Alecia was the woman doing everything “right” on paper—and still feeling stuck. She juggled a demanding job, side hustles, and family responsibilities, but every new level of success felt like it came with more stress, more sacrifice, and more self-doubt.
She saw brilliant women staying small—undercharging, overworking, and questioning if they were "really" entrepreneurs—because no one had shown them how to build sustainable businesses that honored their gifts and their boundaries.
So Alecia became obsessed with mastering both the inner work (mindset, confidence, identity) and the outer work (strategy, sales, systems). What started as one-on-one mentorship quickly grew into live trainings, signature programs, and a thriving community of women who refused to play small.
Today, Girl Boss Academy is the mentorship space Alecia wished she had: honest, practical, deeply supportive—and designed for women who are ready to rise, on their own terms.
